A piece of our story
When Ken was 19 years old, he and his wife, Christina, built their first home together and quickly discovered a passion for the construction process. Over the next five years, they continued building homes to resell, combining Ken’s structural expertise with Christina’s eye for design. In 2003, they turned that passion into a business and officially opened the construction company.

KWS COnstruction
KWS Construction was founded in 2003 as a general construction company focused primarily on residential framing and remodeling, while also completing select custom home projects. The company was built on a foundation of quality craftsmanship and hands-on experience.
2005
KWS Builders LLc
As the company continued to grow, it incorporated in 2005 and became KWS Builders LLC, shifting its focus toward general contracting and expanding its capabilities and project scope.
2015
We built our office
In 2015, KWS Builders LLC took another step forward by building its own office, creating a more permanent home for the company and supporting its continued growth and commitment to serving clients.
2022
Restructured
As the company continued to grow over the years, KWS Builders LLC recognized the need to restructure in order to better accommodate that growth. We partnered with a professional consulting company and worked alongside them for more than a year to develop new processes and procedures designed to improve efficiency and better serve our clients.
